Here's the deal. I think it would be prudent for me to have a cellular phone. However, I don't make a lot of calls, nor do I really intend to make a whole lot of calls. This is why I like the idea of pre-paid/pay-as-you go type deals. Can anyone point me in a good direction? Cause I don't want to be paying $50 a month for 200 billion minutes that I'll never use.

I'm off to keep poking at the internet to help me.

I've always had contract plans... the two most recent with Sprint and now with Verizon. I hated Sprint. Verizon is excellent.

I believe Verizon now has a month-to-month prepaid dealy... but I could be wrong. Don't know anything about it.

I just know that their coverage is awesome... it's great to be able to talk for free to my other friends on Verizon... their customer service has been pretty good... and I get my wireless, my regular phone, and my DSL all on one bill (which is very nice).
