Dunno if Time Warner Cable is available where you live, but we give better prices with a 24 mo commitment but we don't require you to commit. Just costs $5-$10 more if you don't have a contract.

Our only options are Charter and DirecTV in our small, isolated town. Le sigh.

They might have non-commitment options, but not listed on their website.
