froggy_dearYesterday I cleaned up at the house. I took all the stuff off of my mom's bed, which had been on there for over a year now. I mercilessly purged all the crap in my room which I haven't touched in years. And I cleaned up the back room to make it look less of a disaster area. Back room was storage/antique business staging area, and it had gotten away from being reasonable.
We also did seating arrangements and placecards. And we wrapped the card box. Now, I'm not sure, it might be tacky to have a card box, but it is pretty much standard practice so nyah :P SO.... I think we are pretty much set with stuff we need for the reception.
I also stopped in with Jean to the new yarn store in Falls. I think it's called Magpie's Nest. It also has some buttons and quilting fabric. But a really nice selection of yarns. I was talking to one of the owners, and I practically got offered a teaching position! Apparently, they're looking for a lace teacher. Unfortunately, I don't think I can handle the commute, so I had to decline.
Today I need to run around Plymouth and get some business accomplished.
