So we went to Seattle yesterday. Went to the Market (Piroshky Piroshky, Lark in the Morning, etc), Pioneer Square (Magic Mouse, Elliot Bay Bookstore), and to Magus' Used Bookstore in the U-District. Cracked into Christmas shopping. I only got a couple of things, but one is for a difficult to shop for person. Ended up buying books for myself at Magus' Used Bookstore. Same ole thing - medieval women's history. Well, one is about the abandonment of children from late antiquity through the renaissance, but similar. I love that stuff. I also love random books about science-y subjects written for a lay audience. In if they're poorly written. I just need to actually read these books instead of hoarding them.

It was nice to be in a city again. With buildings and stuff.
