Ugh. Woke up with a headache. Didn't go to bed with a headache. I get too many headaches.

I hate when that happens, nothing starts a day off worse than a headache. Did you happen to eat cheese late last night? I just found out that cheese can cause migraines. who would have thought it!

Cheese? No. No cheese. Some chips and dry cereal, but no cheese.

And I am beginning to suspect migraines. They go in the family.
