Oct. 2nd, 2007 09:24 pmHi posty.
I'm using my mouth guard now, after following the advice to refit it. It now doesn't make my front teeth feel weird. And my mouth feels so much more relaxed in the morning, even though I've been clamping on the guard all night. Yay for oral health! Only thing is that it makes me lisp when I try to talk through it.
Er. Um. Er. I thought I had something to say, but I forgotted it. Here's a kitteh. (in the userpic, foo!)
