Hi posty.

I'm using my mouth guard now, after following the advice to refit it. It now doesn't make my front teeth feel weird. And my mouth feels so much more relaxed in the morning, even though I've been clamping on the guard all night. Yay for oral health! Only thing is that it makes me lisp when I try to talk through it.

Er. Um. Er. I thought I had something to say, but I forgotted it. Here's a kitteh. (in the userpic, foo!)

The self fit ones are about $20 bucks at Target, or probably any drug store.

My tooth grinding had awoken Daniel on multiple occasions, but it was my noticing the tension in the morning that really prompted me to actually manage to fit and use one (my first attempt, many months ago, was a failure).
