froggy_dearThe couch broke. Well, Daniel's side of the couch broke. I mean, it's a cheap couch with a wooden-ish frame, but the back support board of the side Daniel usually sits on busted through. It had done that in one place, but now it's busted in two pieces, making the bottom support slope down toward the ground.
I think it's because Daniel drops into the seat like a full grown bag of potatoes, but I never like to mention it because I remember being reprimanded for sitting down too hard on a couch by my father. I do not want to be like my father.
In any case, he doesn't mind sitting on the sloping surface. So it's really no matter.

I'm a little freaked out by change. People are moving away. It's weird. It all came to a head and then we scatter. Funny the way grad school works like that.

I'll be going camping for the FIRST TIME EVER next week. Yay!
