I got my travel reimbursement today. It was for the full amount I was awarded, not what I had receipts to prove once food was taken out. Why did there have to be drama about it if they were just going to give me my money?

Clancy Fuckin' Brown is Mr. Freeze on The Batman. What is this obsession with Clancy Brown? How can he be Brother Justin and Mr. Krabs? The mind boggles.

I've started working on my abstract. It should be done soon. A week from Friday peoples.

I'm trying to decide if I get to buy myself a present when/if my committee passes me. It seems like a reasonable thing, but there's nothing I want desperately. Potential things: simple pearl and silver necklace (similar to this but... cheaper), a pair of comfortable sandals (recommendations?), and a new, lighter drop spindle (less than 1 oz, pretty, and shiny). I'd also like a nice new dress to wear for graduation, but it is so difficult to come by nice dresses.

the necklace in the pic is pretty, but it doesn't match the description and i wonder if they mismatched them or it's just one of the strands. if that necklace is just one of the 5 strands the description says, well it's pretty hard to decide to purchase something off a pic of only one part of it.
