Woo Hoo! Second Half draft is written and sent off to committee. In the next week I get to put the two together, incorporate the other bits I've been working on, and make it look like a real paper.

I'm going to have to:

- Structure things in a way that makes clear the inherent relationship between the three theory parts
- Fix PR. Slash and Burn.
- Cite stuff.
- Format stuff
- Be awesome
