Have you seen The Prestige yet? You should go rent it if you haven't. They make so few good movies these days, and this one really kept me into it. Plus, David Bowie is in it, although he does not so much as swivel his hips.

Alas, spring break is almost over. I made an effort to get some of my papers in order and had a small freak out when I could not find my social security card or birth certificate or immunization records. But I found them. And I put them in a place I hope I will remember and I told Daniel, so I hope that he will remember as well. Because those would be bad things to lose.

I picked up what I would estimate to be over 2000 yards of light peach two-ply laceweight wool at a thrift store for $2.97. Rock on. I need to do a burn test and make sure it doesn't melt, but it smells of wool.

I also had a good day for tops. I sensed that K-mart would be the place for lightweight undershirts. I got a white tank, replaced my (very old) black v-neck tee, and got two lightweight sleeveless sweaters appropriate for under blazers or over spring skirts. All under $30. All the big fancy stores can suck it.

I enjoyed that movie as well but felt that I ended up sympathizing with the wrong person. Not sure if it was me or if that's how the movie lead you but it was till good. I should really hit up thrift stores for yarn, although I do have plenty as it is. We should get together on Sunday for thesising at a coffee like place!

Perhaps a Sunday rendezvous would be wise; it would give me a chance to get back into the swing of school. (Please, I don't want to go back to school!)

Yarn at thrift stores is hit and miss. But when you hit, it's usually pretty good.
