Dec. 19th, 2006 10:49 pmSo I was playing a stupid flash game and composing an entry in my head. Then I realized what I was doing and began composing an entry about how I had been composing the entry in my head. Woah. Meta, dude, meta.
I made molasses cookies tonight and they are fantastic! OMG so tasty. I was a little afraid of them, as the last two times I tried to make them, they were terrific failures. But this worked out. Perhaps the electric v. gas stove thing played in?
Netflix sent us the wrong movie. We were supposed to get a disc of Dr. Who (we're up to the third doctor), but instead received the John Wayne picture The Searchers. So we watched it anyway. I'd never watched a John Wayne film before. It was an EXTREMELY long hour and fifty-nine minutes.
I'm pretty pleased with how my hair color is holding up. Still very dark, except at the part and the few hairs in front which I always touch (those are blonde). Yay for Blue Hair!
I don't like going to the Post Office in the week before Christmas. Long lines, crowds, makes me uptight and freaked out. But I did it anyway. Had to be done.
And, hey!, it's less than a week till Christmas! Neat. And the house smells of molasses cookies.
Edit: WOO! I just fixed the router! Go me.
