Aug. 25th, 2006 04:01 pmLast night I wanted a burger. With tasty fries. One easy solution to this problem is Red Robin. So we go there.
When we arrive, it's quite crowded, but no one is waiting. The guy working the entrance steps to the center of the foyer dealy they have and happily asks "How can I help you?"
I'm momentarily taken aback. "Um," I say, "We'd like to eat here."
Now it's the host's turn to be taken aback. "Uh, what?"
I try my other option. "Two, please."
All ends well. Burgers are had, as are fries and root beer.
