Playing Scrabble tonight (because that's the sort of rabblerousers what we are), Daniel played swine, then later he played a word that transformed swine to swines.

Swines.

Is.
Not.
A Word.

Neither of us noticed.

He won. By 5 points.

He also played dago. Dago, despite my incredulousness, is a word. It is the plural of Diego and a derogatory word. In case you were wondering.

You know once we start the knitting club we should start a board game night or perhaps just play after knitting because I'm dying to play games again! Speaking of the knitting club if we can't think of any place to meet we could always reserve a room at the HUB or Suzzallo, it won't be as comfy as a coffee house but then we'd know we'd have a space and won't be bothered by other people or bother others.

I was thinking that we could try meeting on the Quad. This is why I'm bad at organizing events. :P Although the HUB does have that cafeteria area that would probably be pretty quiet in the evening...

Yeah it's usually dead in the evening but if people need to grab dinner it would be perfect because the pizza place and subway stay open late. If you want I can do the organizing if you give me dates/times that are good for you.

Heh heh heh on "swines"!!
I think "dago" is singular though; "dagos" is definitely a valid word.
Though if I played half of the four- and five-letter valid Scrabble words I know, I'd get slapped.
