I wish I knew! We're such recluses and we're so broke that we don't know any really good restaurants. There's a place to the north that we've had decent mexican at, and there's a place near the university with super cheap chinese lunch specials, but that's all I know that's not huge corporate chains. Except for the Crocodile Cafe, which is a music venue that serves other food. Are you folks vegetarian?
I had to go look up expansive to make sure I was using it right. I was.
I start to feel expansive when I feel like talking to people. But this is more me-sided talking, not other people talking and me responding. I feel expansive when I begin to want attention, but also to remain thoughtful.
I don't really know Seattle well enough to say for sure, but somewhere near a bunch of independent stores and restaurants as well as entertainment. Maybe... Belltown?
Okay, but I've only been to two. The Weaving Works, on Brooklyn in the U District, is my favorite. It's big and purdy. There's Acorn Streetwhich is on 55th St, but it's a lot smaller. Many people love it, though I don't care for how small it feels - I feel squeezed in. Also parking is kind of crumby there.
