Don't know if this helps or not, but Covad Communications appears to be based in San Jose, California.

Not me, I'm using IgLou.com - a regional provider based in Louisville KY.

My lite site counter on my userinfo page has had a lot of hits from Covad and it says the hits are from Seattle. So I'm curious. And it's not mine.
