Thanks to the imdb I now know that Wash from Firefly/Serenity was also Steve the Pirate in Dodgeball. My failure to notice this hitherto is astounding.

I mean, he was a pirate! C'mon!

He also played Sonny the Robot in "I, Robot" with Will Smith. Not that you can really tell it's him, though, since they replaced him with full-body CGI.
