Jun. 3rd, 2007 08:49 amAfter my defense on Friday, I went home, called my mom, talked to Daniel's mom who called me, and then we went out to eat. If you are looking for some delicious ravioli and bread in the Seattle area, let me suggest Medin's Ravioli Station which is in this industrial area sort of between Fremont and Ballard. And it is OMG good for prices which are not entirely unreasonable. And it's a lot of fun.
Yesterday was delicious. Lounged about, went to Target and bought a pretty dress, came home, lounged about, knit, read my book, watched Star Trek TNG, and all with no guilt or urgency about my thesis hanging over my head.
Today I'll be making the corrections that Kathy pointed out. Tomorrow I'll get all the logistical stuff taken care of - print out a bajillion copies. Maybe just one and photocopy the others. Get my final grad school check done. Go to the communications copy center with my other three copies for hard binding, and viola! We're done. Then I'll go work and make some money.
