This is so hateful and propagandistic that I feel a little dirty watching it. It's a remarkable artifact.

Narration: "Our wise government rounded up those shifty eyed Japs..."

On a sidenote, there is no Batmobile - just a regular car that they hop in when they're done fighting crime and putting Batstickers on their foes.
